So basically these guys have been working on an English patch for Zero no Kiseki (Trails to Zero) for the past few years. Now back in 2014 there was an official forum regarding their progress but it went to shit when people started arguing and stuff about fan translations and other trivial things. Crossbell arc. The Crossbell arc refers to the pair of games that take place in Crossbell State. It is the second story arc in the series. The two games are Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki. Akatsuki no Kiseki can be considered a spin-off of this arc, due to its setting being in Crossbell and story placing it during the events of Ao.

Let's get right to the problem I'm encountering currently: I downloaded the Zero no Kiseki Game that was already patched in english from nicoblog just fine. Extracted the ISO, put it where I have my other games that run without trouble.
But as soon as I want to start the game, the emulator freezes and then crashes after a few inputs from me. I googled for a solution, but from what I saw, most people only seem to get troubles AFTER they got into the game and only in certain sections. I would be really thankful if someone might give me a hand, because I'd love to experience ZnK myself. I know that a better fan translation is on its way, but I'd rather have an alternative in case I get too impatient. I still have to play through Cold Steel I and II (with the former almost finished), but. It can be that your ISO is corrupted. Have you tried dumping your JP Version of Zero no Kiseki and patching it yourself?
Worked for me. Other than that: Try different versions and/or settings of PPSSPP. Edit (a little bit off Topic, but it may relate to the problem): It seems that XDelta is f.

up the structure of the ISO. I tried implemeting the voice patch yesterday and couldn't even open the ISO the way it is described on the github page/tutorial. It works with my clean JP dump. That's another topic.
